Module 6: Healthy growing years (8-18)

Osteopathy - growing years
  • Emerging from childhood to teenager to young adult- form changing and a shift in growing potentials.
  • Appropriate advise on diet, exercise and study postures.
  • Hormones, changing physiology and emotions: what to say & what not to do.
  • Independence in the family: siblings and parents holding family & societal fulcrums.
  • Emerging independence for “seeking” own health and health care, consent for treatment.
  • 15 hours CPD per module.

Saturday and Sunday

Lunch 12.30-2
Finish  5.30

Patient Clinic

Saturday 4pm Demonstration with patient/s by presenter
Sunday 2.30-3.30 Participants practice with patient/s
